Accommodation consists of a skilfully converted barn with two sunny comfortable double rooms with own bathrooms upstairs. Each room overlooks the garden with rural views.

Both rooms are tastefully appointed with quality linen, tiled ensuite, heated towel rail, hairdryer, toiletries, and TV.

Downstairs is a large comfortable guest only, lounge with a kitchenette TV, DVD, Video, Radio and guest library. This opens out onto a delightful covered courtyard. Ideal to relax and enjoy the free tea/coffee and home baking on arrival.

Laundry facilities are also available.

A beautiful garden with mature trees both peaceful and private is yours to wander at will. Feed the resident chickens or pat the pet lambs and enjoy the Kiwi lifestyle.
